It's easy to faint after exercising around 9 o'clock in the morning. Skipping rope at noon is the best, because muscles are more active at that time, and exercise at noon is better. As for yoga, I won't practice it. Just keep fit and do aerobic exercise first. Practicing yoga can easily lead to bone damage.
