Is it easy to run on a 35CM treadmill?
Not so good.

The width of running belt is 40cm, which just meets the minimum requirements of national standards. This treadmill gives people a feeling that it is narrow and not easy to use. Running fast is easy to step on the side, which is a safety hazard. Only suitable for people with a height less than 160cm and a small body.

The application range of running belt length depends on the user's stride. For example, a tall person will have a longer stride, and the running belt length required for running will naturally be longer. For home use, the average user's running belt length is absolutely enough. If you plan to go jogging, we suggest that the length should be above 122 cm. For example: height 175, weight 130, shoe size 4 1, and the normal running belt size should be around 130*45. If the height is above 183cm, it is more appropriate to run with a running belt length above 140CM.
