The reverse half-way belly roll is to lie on your back on the yoga mat first, tighten your abdomen and stick it down. Open your hands and fingers, stick them on the inside of your body, and then lift your legs to the highest point. Then slowly drop to 15 degrees. Then roll down and exhale upward with the strength of the lower abdomen. This action can be very good, exercise to our abdomen.
90-degree belly roll is lying on your back on the yoga mat, then lifting your legs, thighs and calves at 90 degrees with your body. This can make our abdomen stick back better and tighten our abdomen better. Open your five fingers, touch our ears, close your chin and roll your abdomen up to the maximum. Just be sure to control it slowly when you fall.
Reverse leg bending and belly rolling means lying on your back on the yoga mat, rolling up your thighs and calves and keeping them at 90 degrees. After touching your ears with both hands, exhale downward when inhaling and try to go up. Drive this action by the lower abdomen, exhale when you close your legs, and rest your whole abdomen on the mat at the same time. This action is very helpful to our lower abdomen, so we can practice more.
