Exercise just after a full stomach is also easy to cause discomfort such as abdominal pain. So don't exercise immediately after meals, you can do some light housework.

Generally, you have to wait at least half an hour after a meal to exercise, and the intensity of exercise should not be too high. You can do low-intensity exercise such as walking, brisk walking and aerobic exercise. Especially for people who have no exercise experience in the past and are weak, it is best to exercise 0.5- 1 hour after meals.

During the period from 1 hour to 1.5 hour after meals, most of the food is digested, and you can do light exercise such as jogging and cycling, but you can't do strenuous exercise.

Two hours after the meal, the food digestion has come to an end, and you can do some intensive exercises, such as swimming and playing ball games.
