1. The method of downloading the library document is incorrect. You should click the download button and enable the web download tool to download the library documents, instead of downloading them with the download tools such as Thunder.

2. No software suitable for opening documents is installed on the computer. For example, the library document is in doc format, and you should have word2003 or word2007 and word20 10 on your computer.

3. The low version of the software installed on the computer and the high version of the downloaded document will also lead to the result that the library document cannot be opened. For example, word2003 is installed on the computer, and the documents in the library are in word2007 or 20 10 format.

When you download a document, the download may fail if you have installed download software such as Thunder and Express on your computer. The downloaded file is a webpage, error.html, not an attachment of the file to be downloaded.

At present, Baidu has not solved this problem.

You can solve this problem through your own simple settings, disable the default download function of these download software, and you can download documents normally.

Step 2: Find "Monitor Browser" and "Check whether Thunder (or Express) is IE's default download tool" and uncheck these two items;
