I fell in love with dancing, dancing slowly and freely.

When I was in the fifth grade of primary school, there was a school program. I wrote and performed a dance with the music played by the teacher. The first time I danced, there was no teacher to guide me (we didn't have a dance teacher at that time). I've been thinking about that in my mind, although I don't know how it happened yet.

Later, I learned that this is the real dance, the body language expression from the heart. Although this program is not recommended. It was the first time that my life and dance met.

Over the years, I have been busy running for survival, anxious and worried, forgetting to dance, or not thinking that dancing is important.

During the period, I also participated in square dance and aerobics, but they are generally mechanical imitation exercises to keep fit or relieve physical and mental fatigue and stress.

Years later, I suddenly realized that it is really important to dance with my body, express my language and feelings and express my inner life.

By chance, I met the "spiral dance". Dance with life, there is no routine, everyone can jump out of their own spiral dance, and the only rule is to draw "8".

There is no routine, dance freely, and let your body move with you. These really meet my own needs.

I am a person who has no routines, or who doesn't like routines and rules. I like freedom, I like being alone, I like to move my body as I like, and when all conditions are ripe, I can easily fall in love with it.

Spiral dance, you can dance any music, of course, slow music is better.

I used to like these meditation music. Under the guidance of such music, my body will slow down automatically, and my head, shoulders, arms, hands, chest and back, waist, hip bones and legs will relax automatically under the guidance of slow music.

Many times, there are so many ideas in our minds that we have no time to take care of the physical reactions and feelings, especially the subtle reactions and feelings. Only when you encounter a big trauma will you know that a certain part of your body is painful.

But the body, as a very important part of physical and mental existence, can actually express many emotions and feelings in our hearts.

It should be said that it expresses our inner emotions and feelings all the time, but we don't really feel these. Seeing this, we can know our own situation through our bodies.

For example, when we encounter tension and stress, the body will react directly, but we don't experience these things through the information conveyed by the body, but through external things or the infinite extension of our mind.

The feeling of the body is the most direct state of us, which is more real than our thoughts. Thoughts in the mind lie, but the body doesn't lie.

So know your body, know what is happening inside you, and know your current living conditions, and your body can tell you this answer.

When your mind slows down, when you slowly dance your body with the music, you are in close contact with yourself.

This kind of contact makes the body feel seen and loved, which will gradually relax and create a very quiet environment, so that you can know your inner thoughts and the feasibility of these thoughts very well.

When we deal with problems, feasible methods usually appear in a state of slow thinking, and most of them are inspiration.

In other words, it reduces the difficulty of the problem and makes the operation easier. If you slow down your thinking, you will reduce the difficulty of the problem.

The body, because it has not received anxious or dissatisfied instructions, has become relaxed.

So you should know your internal situation clearly, instead of being driven by external forces all the time, so that you will always travel in a state of high pressure and tension.

Constantly crushed and constantly resisted. Physical and mental fatigue is inevitable, and this kind of resistance will make you full of anger and dissatisfaction. Anxiety, uneasy words and behaviors further disturb their inner state.

I don't think this is the state of life we can want. Dealing with everything that happens calmly and gracefully is what we want, isn't it? So, under what circumstances will these things happen?

Naturally, when your life is relaxed, you have some control over yourself.

Dance slowly, let your arms and shoulders dance freely with the music, slowly, slowly, slowly relax, and let your body tell you what is happening inside.

At that moment, you experienced life and enjoyed it.

Do you like yourself better than the one who is upset and nervous and afraid to relax?

Only when you have experienced life will you know that your life is so beautiful.
