Almost all large and medium-sized cities have tens of thousands of migrant workers, and small cities also have thousands of migrant workers. This is a consumer group that cannot be ignored. They are wandering in a foreign land and most of them are in a weak position. They have a lot of helplessness and bitterness, and they are eager to talk. Their legitimate rights and interests are often violated, and they need a community to help him safeguard them. They have many difficulties in their work and life, and they hope to get timely help. They all want to get off work. Being able to have a place to tease your feelings with some friends with the same hobbies, or to participate in some related social activities and listen to the experiences and feelings of successful people can benefit you a lot.
Of course, drinking a cup of jasmine with friends, reading some favorite books, singing, dancing, exercising, making some new friends, and so on, will be a fashion enjoyment.
The work club is such a gospel place. Its salons can be divided into groups such as literature, photography, painting and sports according to their interests, and can also be divided into several groups of fellow villagers according to their regions. They can not only do their own activities and get what they need, but also blend in and enliven the atmosphere. There are a large number of migrant workers, a large market and a wide range of money, which should not be underestimated.
I. Capital investment:
Rent a venue of 50~ 100 square meters, and the monthly rent is about 1000 yuan, not necessarily in the business circle. It costs 3,000 yuan to simply decorate the site, 3,000 yuan to buy tables, chairs and tea sets, 2,000 yuan to subscribe to various newspapers and books, install a public telephone 500 yuan, and hire two employees with a monthly salary of 1000 ~ 168.
Second, the benefit analysis:
Salon Club operates on a membership basis with a monthly fee of 20 yuan/person. Based on the average monthly 100 people, flower water and fruit juice make a profit in 50 yuan every day, while telephone calls make a profit in 200 yuan/month. Excluding the salary and other expenses in 700 yuan, the monthly income is more than 2,000 yuan, which can reach about 1 10,000 yuan, and the investment cost can be recovered in half a year.
Third, marketing suggestions:
1, hold various forums and lectures, and invite more successful friends in the workplace to talk about entrepreneurial sentiment and exchange successful experiences.
2. Establish several service departments, such as legal rights protection service department, employment introduction service department, marriage introduction service department and professional skills training department. To help migrant workers solve problems encountered in their work and increase the attractiveness of the club.
3. Subscribe to various popular newspapers and periodicals. If there is space, you can also set up dance halls, Internet cafes, gyms and other venues to meet the needs of different enthusiasts.
4. Refreshments and juices should be distinctive. Newspaper reading and ordinary tea are free, which should be distinguished from bars and teahouses.
Pay attention to advertising, such as making some billboards beside streets, factories and buildings, which can improve visibility.
6. Pay attention to the connection with a large number of local employers and form a bundle of interests in the form of proportional dividends, so as to have a stable source of customers.
