You can eat it 20.30 minutes after exercise (the heart rate is stable).

Eat some whole wheat bread and a bag of skim milk. (very simple)

Vegetables, eat more crude fiber. Fruit, eat less sugar.

You can also eat rice, and chew more with each bite.
