Three taboos of fitness
We sleep every day, but not everyone will sleep, because sleeping is also a technical job. If you want to have a good sleep, I suggest doing something before going to bed, and at the same time avoiding something.

Good sleep can help the human body regulate physiological functions and maintain the balance of the nervous system;

Regular sleep can enhance physical fitness and improve immunity, thus prolonging life;

Adequate sleep can make everyone full of energy the next day and improve work efficiency;

Comfortable sleep can ensure everyone's health, work and study.

① Walking before going to bed: Wearing comfortable clothes and shoes before going to bed and walking in a park with good air can not only help the human body digest and absorb dinner, but also achieve the effect of losing weight and fitness, so that people can fall asleep as soon as possible and have a good sleep.

2 Soak your feet before going to bed: It is most suitable to soak your feet around 9: 00 every night. Soaking feet in warm water for about 20 minutes can dilate blood vessels in feet, promote blood circulation, relieve cold hands and feet, and make people fall asleep more easily.

Brush your teeth before going to bed: Not everyone can brush their teeth at night, but you should actually brush your teeth at night, because you eat a lot during the day, and there will be a lot of dirt and residue between your teeth. If you don't brush your teeth before going to bed, it is easy to have oral diseases and endanger oral health.

Overeating: Many people are busy with work during the day and have no time to eat, which leads to eating a lot at night. In the long run, it will not only become obese, but also increase the burden on the stomach and affect the quality of sleep. It is recommended to eat seven or eight minutes full every night. If the interval between dinner and sleep is long, you can eat a snack properly.

Excessive entertainment: On weekend nights, many people like to watch horror movies, comedies and ball games. These pictures are intense and exciting, which is not conducive to sleep. I suggest that you don't watch such works before going to bed, and don't talk about sad and horrible things.

Improper drinking water: Some people drink a lot of coffee and strong tea in order to improve their work efficiency at night. These drinks contain caffeine, which easily makes people excited and causes frequent urination, which leads to insomnia. It is recommended not to drink strong tea and coffee before going to bed, but to drink some boiled water.
