Why can fitness make people happy?
43-year-old greasy uncle, the above picture was taken in the tenth month of fitness, and obvious fat can be seen in his waist and abdomen. I have always loved basketball, basically two or three games a week. In August 2020, the lumbar process was diagnosed, and the doctor suggested not to engage in fierce confrontation, so he had to give up what he should give up.

On September 1 day, two small leaders started school, and I went to AVIC to get a card. The coach said that I would teach for six months, and I left school in two months (either smart or painful). Practice blindly three times a week, and don't do squats, hard pulls, boating and other actions that will oppress the lumbar spine according to the doctor's advice. There is no training plan. Anyway, I only do the most handsome moves. Anyway, I'll do aerobics and upper body for 30 minutes and then call it a day and go home. I don't take drugs and I don't have a diet plan. I like fitness, so does craft beer.

The purpose of my fitness is purely for exercise. Surprisingly, this year's physical examination barefoot height increased by 1 cm compared with the previous year. I guess it's the long hanging, pulling and other actions that make the standing posture straighter.

For me, there is no need to stick to fitness. It can make me as happy as basketball and craft beer.
