In order to strengthen the management of road motor vehicle parking in the whole town, ensure the citizens' just-needed parking, improve the allocation efficiency of parking resources, and alleviate the traffic congestion and parking difficulties in Wanjiang Street, according to the Notice of Dongguan Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Planning and Construction Management of Parking Facilities (Dongfu []8 1No.) and the Notice of Municipal Development and Reform Bureau on Adjusting the Charges for Motor Vehicle Parking Services in our city (Dongfagai []468) and other regulations.
Toll road section
There are 50 municipal management roads in Wanjiang Street, including Wanfu Road, Jiaoyu Road and Dongdi Road, and parking fees are implemented (as shown in the following figure). Wanfu Road, Education Road, Dongdi Road, Bandung Road and Jiang Yan Road are the first toll roads.
Time period and standard of charging
/kloc-0 will be charged from October 30th, 202 1, 65438. The specific charging periods are working days (8:00-20:00) and non-working days (9:30-2 1:30), and the charging price standard is subject to the relevant standards published by the Municipal Development and Reform Bureau (as shown in the following figure).

Relevant norms of citizens' parking behavior
The parking person shall park the vehicle in the berth, abide by the parking direction, parking time and other regulations, and prohibit parking across the parking line or beyond the vehicle line.
Parking people should abide by the following provisions when using parking spaces:
(a) obey the command of the staff, in accordance with the traffic signs, marking the orderly parking of vehicles;
(two) the correct use, shall not damage the parking related equipment;
(three) according to the standard payment of motor vehicle parking service fees;
(4) Non-electric vehicles shall not occupy special parking spaces for electric vehicles;
(five) motor vehicles other than those driven or taken by the physically disabled shall not occupy barrier-free parking spaces, which will affect the use of the physically disabled;
(6) Vehicles loaded with inflammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive and other dangerous goods shall not be parked;
(seven) other matters stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.
It is forbidden to park abandoned motor vehicles on roads, squares, public parking lots, red line areas of concession roads and other places.
