I'm practicing Qigong, but I'm exhausted from practicing it. Generally, I am not tired when I go to Xiadantian.
In fact, this problem is not simple, but deep. The ancients were able to master the human meridians and their operating rules ... and the relationship between Chinese medicine and human meridians and the universe ... unfathomable wisdom in an era without any electronic instruments! There is a book that has an interesting discussion about this. Half of human beings are aliens ... it quotes something that you may be interested in:) "Dantian was originally a term used by the Taoist Neidan School to cultivate the spirit, and now it is widely quoted by various schools of Qigong. The book Treasure of Oriental Medicine quoted the words of Shenxian Jing, which not only pointed out the position of Tian Chan, but also expounded the function of Tian Chan: "The brain is the marrow sea and returns to Tian Chan; The heart is crimson fire, in the abdomen; Three inches below the navel is the lower abdomen. Xia Dantian, the house of Tibetan essence; Every day, the house of Tibetan gas; Go to the Tibetan Temple in Dantian. "The ancients called Yuanqi the Three Treasures and regarded Dantian as the storage place of Yuanqi, so they attached great importance to the significance of Dantian and regarded it as the foundation of life. As we know, intentional observance is a method and process for practitioners to concentrate and keep their thoughts on a certain part or thing to help consciousness enter the static state of Qigong, and on this basis, to exert their conscious initiative, actively perceive and adjust their own functional activities, so as to achieve good results. Observing the abdomen intentionally is one of many ways for practitioners to concentrate their thoughts and stay in the abdomen. More precisely, this method belongs to the point method of observing one's own parts. But in practice, people's thoughts can't just stay at one acupoint, but only stay in a range centered on that acupoint. Therefore, it is more appropriate to understand Tian Chan as such a range. Although there are three fields and five fields, in practice, except for special circumstances, it is generally said that staying in the field is staying in the field. The ancients believed that Xia Dantian had the closest relationship with human life activities. It is the "ancestor of life", "source of qi", "root of internal organs", "root of the twelve meridians", "meeting of Yin and Yang", "breathing gate" and "land of fire and water", and it is the hub for the ascending and descending of Qi machine, and an important part for gathering, boiling and storing Qi. Of course, from the perspective of modern anatomy and physiology, Xia Dantian's part has not been found to have special shape and function so far. However, long-term practice has proved that staying in the abdomen can promote the practitioner's consciousness to achieve a quiet state and achieve curative effect. Its mechanism needs to be further studied and revealed. There are different opinions about where Tian Dan is. Most qigong experts believe that there are three types of dantian: upper dantian, middle dantian and lower dantian. The upper abdomen is called "Mud Pill", which is located at Baihui point on the top of the head, or Tang Yin point on the brow. Zhongdian Tian is called "Jianggong" and is located at the Zhongshan point in the chest. Xiadantian has a considerable volume in the lower abdomen, including Guanyuan, Qihai, Shenque, Mingmen and other acupoints. Others think that the abdomen is on the navel, which is the so-called ancestral orifices. Some people also say that the Juque point is Zhongdian Tian, also known as Lingtai. Xia Dantian is a spring in your palm. Opinions vary. The ancients believed that the abdomen is an important part of nourishing the whole body, so there is a saying that "no fire can warm all the bodies, and no water can moisten all the viscera", which is related to the life of the whole body. If there is an endless line, life will not die. " On the way to the Du Meridian, Shangdantian is the right place, the place where the yang is concentrated, the place where the gods hide, and the nerve center in charge of consciousness activities. This is the main part of practicing meditation. The function of Shangdantian is to exercise the nervous system, control one's own conscious activities, regulate and strengthen the nerve center, and inhibit the overall metabolic function, thus playing the role of energy storage. This helps to recuperate, save energy to fight diseases and get health. So it makes sense to feel stronger and more energetic after practicing. Attending the belly is in the head, and the head is the meeting of all yang. Patients with qi deficiency, head cold, cerebral anemia and low blood pressure can stay in the abdomen, but beginners should not stay in the abdomen immediately to avoid dizziness caused by qi exercise. Patients with excessive yang (such as heart fire, hyperactivity of liver yang and hypertension) should not stay in the abdomen for a long time. Zhong dantian is in the chest. If the patient is depressed with qi and the woman has menorrhagia, she can stay in the abdomen, but it is easy to cause chest tightness, so use it with caution. Xiadantian is the main part of Yunhua gas machine. Its function is to exercise the body fluid system and stimulate the energy substances in the body, so as to regulate and enrich the body fluid circulation and improve the overall metabolic function, thus playing an exciting role. It plays an important role in enriching the body, preventing premature aging, strengthening the body and prolonging life. Many qigong experts in past dynasties advocated the view of Dantian; Because this part is most closely related to human life activities, it is located in the center of the human body and is the starting point of the movement of Ren, Du and Chong meridians. The twelve meridians also enters the meridians directly or indirectly through the abdomen, and then enters the viscera. Xia Dantian is the foundation of qi rising and falling, opening and closing, and it is also the place where men hide essence and women raise babies. " "Difficult Classics" holds that Xia Dantian is "the ancestor of life, the source of anger, the root of internal organs, the root of the twelve meridians, the meeting of Yin and Yang, the door of breathing, and the hometown where fire and water meet. "Therefore, qigong experts often use the abdomen as the main part of exercising, gathering and storing the true qi. Human vitality comes from the kidney and is hidden in the abdomen. Through the triple energizer, it flows throughout the body and promotes the functional activities of the five internal organs. The strength of the human body, life and death, depends entirely on the rise and fall of Tian Chan's vitality. Therefore, health care experts attach great importance to maintaining the vitality of dantian. If Tian Dan is full of vitality, it can mobilize people's potential and make the true qi circulate throughout the body. By observing the abdomen, we can regulate yin and yang, communicate with the heart and kidney, replenish qi and dredge eight veins, restore innate physiological functions, and promote good health and longevity. In recent years, the Japanese have developed a new product called "oxygen tank", which makes office workers who are tired of work or women who love beauty feel refreshed immediately after taking a few sips of pure oxygen. But this kind of oxygen cylinder is not only expensive, but also has no idea of buying air, so its market is still limited to a few people. In fact, self-help can have a lot of aerobic effects, and you don't have to spend money on this fashionable thing. Try "abdominal breathing" or "abdominal breathing". Its method is not difficult at all, that is, when we inhale, we should not only inhale into the lungs to fill the chest with gas, but also inhale a little more to make the lungs sink and squeeze into the diaphragm below, so that the inhaled air will be much more than before, just like inhaling into the abdomen in one breath, so that the inhaled natural oxygen content will be high. Because the diaphragm is squeezed and sinks, the abdomen will protrude forward, so it is also called abdominal breathing. When exhaling, slightly force the protruding abdomen to contract inward, press the diaphragm upward, and naturally squeeze into the lungs, so as to narrow the lung cavity upward and complete the exhalation action. In this way, between inhalation and exhalation, the movement is increased than before, the speed of natural breathing will slow down, and more gas will come in and out. According to experts' research, every time the diaphragm drops 1 cm, it will increase 300 ml of gas. That is to say, if the oxygen content in the air is the same, people who know how to use abdominal breathing can be more aerobic and lively than others with no effort. Adequate oxygen will certainly reduce dizziness, listlessness or poor complexion, and also slow down the pace and relieve stress. In addition to more oxygen, expert research shows that Tian Dan breathing can also do deep body massage, because when the navel moves up and down, the organs in the abdominal cavity, including the large intestine, pancreas, kidney, liver and even reproductive organs, are gently pressed, which increases the blood circulation of organs and promotes the activation of these organs. Furthermore, experts have found that the slower animals breathe in the biological world, the longer their life expectancy; On the contrary, animals with shortness of breath live shorter lives. It is a beneficial but simple way to keep in good health to slow down the breathing frequency in Dantian. The so-called abdomen is one inch and three points (about two fingers) below the navel. Abdominal breathing is doing breathing regulation exercise. Generally beginners can put their fingers on the abdomen, because it is easier to concentrate. When inhaling, I feel that my lower abdomen rises slowly until I reach the sensory limit, and then I naturally exhale slowly and feel that my lower abdomen contracts slowly. Repeat this until you get used to this breathing method, and you can add the action of your mind. The coordination of ideas is the method of sucking up and calling down. That is, the heart rises in the kidney when inhaling and falls in the heart when exhaling. This not only means that the heart and kidney intersect, but also has the power of a small Sunday. 3. Practice abdominal breathing. When you can communicate with your whole body, your whole body will naturally wander endlessly, and your memory or attention will be improved unprecedentedly, which is naturally beneficial to speed reading, but not only speed reading, but also your life experience will be very different. Simply put, staying in the abdomen is to eliminate distractions and concentrate on the abdomen, without ears, eyes, nose or heart, and concentrate on the activities of qi. When practicing qigong, we should first pay attention to concentration and stick to the abdomen. The abdomen is in the middle of the lower abdomen, three inches below the navel, which is the source of my vitality. After adjusting breathing, breath movement pushes the true qi down and concentrates on the abdomen. If the gas is full, it can penetrate the Du meridian, and the so-called "accumulated gas can rush through the customs" can enter the deep and wide realm. The so-called intentional defense means indifference and concentration. Shouzi has a clear meaning in the book, that is, in Shangshu, it is "only refined and exclusive, tolerant of the middle"; The so-called "university" said: "Zhi Zhi will decide later, and then it can be quiet"; Buddhism says "stop at the view" and Mencius puts forward "seeking peace of mind", all of which refer to intentional defense. As the saying goes, "locking the heart and tying the horse" is also intentional. In the classic of internal work, it is more specific: "Thailand collapses in the front and does not move, and the tiger is stunned in the back." In Neijing Su Wen Gu Naive Theory, it is said: "Nothing is indifferent, and the true qi follows, and God hides inside and is ill." To keep God is to keep the belly. Confucius told Yan Yuan, "see no evil, don't listen to evil, don't say evil, don't move if you are evil.". These four no's are concrete measures for intentional defense. Just as the scripture says, "We are here to read, to interpret, and to say forever", it also points out the methods of intentional defense. The word "Tian Dan" originated from Taoism, but there is no distinction between Confucianism and Buddhism. According to the definition of Tian Dan, it is a magical medicine, the essence and efficient substance extracted from many drugs for fitness and disease. Therefore, it is passed down from generation to generation as a "panacea" because it can cure diseases and prolong life. Because of the vitality produced by physiological changes of human body, it is also called "Dan" by Taoists and doctors. The so-called "Dantian" is where Dan gathered. It is the most important part of the human body and the source of life force. According to the general literature, "Dantian" is located three inches below the umbilicus and on the median line of the lower abdomen, which is Renmai Guanyuan point. There are inferior epigastric arteries and veins behind the bladder and in front of the rectum, and there are 1 1 and 12 anterior cutaneous branches of intercostal nerves, which contain the small intestine in the deep part, and are acupoints for the small intestine meridian. It is the meeting of Sanyin and Renmai. Similar to a mezzanine room, it is the birthplace of Ren, Chong and Du. It is the place where the qi of the whole body meridians gathers, so it is also called "Qi Sea". Also known as Blood Room, Mingmen, Blood Sea, Sea, Uterus, Guanyuan, Xia Ji, Lu Jing, Darun, Dazhong and Dantian. "Dantian" is the place where men hide sperm and women conceive, from which human life is born, developed and grown, so it is also called the door of fertility and the door of cells. Notes in Acupuncture Classic: It can treat leukorrhagia, infertility, lochia, hematuria, stranguria, hernia, nocturnal emission, enuresis and fatigue. There is another saying: the Tianxin point between the eyebrows is Shangdantian. "Internal Classic" says: "The air sinks to the bottom of the sea, and the light gathers the heavenly heart." Because qigong has reached a considerable stage, two eyebrows will find light. There is also a saying that the acupoint of the mouth and heart is Zhongtiantian. Because of practicing qigong, we should pay attention to the spirit descending to the heart. At the Juque point, there is a sense of fever first. Juque point is also the point of heart meridian, which is mainly used for heartache, nausea, palpitation and forgetfulness. Neijing says, "Look at the heart palace and breathe into the sea." In acupuncture and moxibustion, there is also a theory that the Qi Hai point half an inch below the navel and the Shimen point two inches below the navel are Tian Dan. China Medical Dictionary explains that the abdomen is three inches below the navel. In the practice of qigong, I also realized that the atmosphere sinks three inches below the navel, which is lively and round, and there is infinite vitality in reunion and rotation-I am in the air, and the air is in me; Heaven and man are one, and qi is used for me. "
