What abilities are important in the workplace, but most people don't have them?
In career, no matter how high a person's ability and IQ are, the first thing is personality. Only with personality can we talk about other things. It is conceivable that it would be a terrible thing to have a high IQ and strong ability, but a bad moral quality.

On the basis of personal character, when it comes to the most important workplace ability, I think emotional intelligence, thinking ability and learning ability should be in the forefront, which is why most people can't clap their chests and say that I got full marks and don't need to improve. These three abilities, whether in the workplace or not, actually require lifelong learning.

1. EQ. Many people think that high EQ means that you will be able to meet the needs of both parties at the same time, and all aspects are exquisite. This is actually mistaken for a kind of "high emotional intelligence". We often say that being with someone always makes you feel particularly comfortable. This feeling that makes you "comfortable" is actually the embodiment of high emotional intelligence. Cai Kangyong once said: "High EQ is not to cater to and tolerate, but to get along well with yourself and take others to heart." High EQ is not innate and needs to be learned and cultivated. First, learn to understand and manage your emotions. Because people with low emotional intelligence are often controlled by emotions. Experienced HR candidates will put emotional stability and no complaints as an important item. People with high emotional intelligence are generally people with strong communication skills.

2. thinking ability. What I mean here is the ability to think and judge independently, that is, not blindly following, not doing what others do and believing what others say. If a person doesn't know what he really wants, what he is good at and where he is going, he will habitually retreat or even give up when he encounters difficulties; Will be lazy, not self-disciplined, poor execution, will take many detours.

3. Learning ability. As the saying goes, there is no end to learning. Learning ability is the basic ability of an excellent workplace person. Strong learning ability means that you can learn and find a suitable learning method; In the face of changes in the workplace, I will constantly adjust and adapt through learning, and I will not break my thinking. Be good at learning from other people's good experiences and skills to improve their efficiency; You will consciously cultivate your creativity and make continuous progress ... Learning ability will make you no longer afraid of difficulties, and also allow you to quickly adapt to the present and adjust your mentality in a rapidly changing environment.
