Changsha Xiangjiang Scenic Belt is located on Xiangjiang Avenue in Changsha City, starting from the planned Heishipu Bridge in Changsha Xiangjiang River in the south and ending at the northern end of Moon Island in the north. Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt was built in 1995. It consists of more than ten leisure fitness squares, green belts and historical and cultural landscapes, and integrates flood control, sightseeing, tourism, leisure and fitness functions. Changsha Xiangjiang Scenic Belt, known as the "Bund" in Changsha, has become the second largest public park in Changsha after Hunan Martyrs Park. It is located on Xiangjiang Avenue in Changsha, starting from Heishipu Bridge on the south bank of Xiangjiang River and reaching the northern end of Moon Island in the north.
