Xi 'an (Chinese: Xi) is the capital of Shaanxi Province, People's Republic of China (PRC). As one of the oldest cities in China history, Xi 'an is one of the four ancient capitals in China, because it is the capital of some of the most important dynasties in China history, including Zhou, Qin, Han, Sui and Tang. Xi 'an is the eastern end of the Silk Road. This city has a history of more than 3 100 years and is called Chang 'an.
Spring Festival, Labor Day (65438+0-7 May) and National Day (65438+ 10-7 October) are long holidays. Although the most pleasant season to travel to Xi 'an is autumn, there are often more tourists in summer (May to August).
