The reason why I really give up fitness is that I can't see the effect in a short time. This may be my own reason, or maybe I didn't hire a special coach at that time, so my training was not particularly in place. Maybe some parts didn't have special training, and the effect was not obvious, so I couldn't persist.

At the beginning, I chose to go to the gym, which was also urged by my friends. Mainly because I saw that other girls were in great shape, tall and good in all aspects, I signed up for a fitness class on impulse. Because I was still in class, I said I couldn't go to the gym every day, maybe I just went for two days at the weekend, so I said that my fitness was not in place and my fitness was not targeted. A month later, I didn't see any change in me.

In this case, I'm actually scared, because I don't think I can persist, so I don't have any motivation. For example, I'm just watching some online videos without one-on-one explanation, and I feel that training is particularly hard. Sometimes my movements are not standard or standardized, and no one will tell you.

So I think you must have a professional friend when you go to the gym. Otherwise, you may do it blindly and even do some harm to your body. I am a typical example. For example, when doing squats, my movements are not standardized at all, and now there will be some problems in my knees. If you have a special coach or someone who knows better during training, you won't make such a mistake again.
