I suggest you go to the fitness center of the CPPCC club. It is a fitness center of the whole building, with a standard swimming pool (water and water temperature are good), a sauna lounge, mainly towels and shampoo, and then a gym. There is even an open-air skating rink. I suggest you go and have a look. The price is reasonable.
