With the continuous progress of society, vocational secondary school education has also been given new training tasks. Only by strengthening the reform of professional courses, updating the teaching concept and exploring effective ways to optimize the curriculum can we promote the stable and sustainable development of majors.

First, scientific norms are the basis for the vigorous development of preschool education.

The management of students majoring in preschool education mainly starts from three aspects, namely, strengthening students' ideological education, paying attention to mental health education, and establishing a correct outlook on life and values. Secondly, the head teacher is responsible for class construction, and the school can arrange the work of class tutors scientifically and reasonably, which is conducive to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. The head teacher is responsible for the pertinence and help of several students in the class throughout their study career, including the usual homework guidance, the teaching plan guidance in practice, and also paying attention to their mental health guidance. This provides a direct platform for teachers and students to communicate and learn from each other in teaching. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation and assessment of students' practical operation ability, mainly through graduation qualification examination and related professional qualification appraisal. The teaching and research group of preschool education specialty is divided into theory group and skill group. At the same time, we can establish a teacher attendance system and set up a supervision team. The main members can be professional section chiefs and experienced teachers. Teachers should make a complete and reasonable teaching plan at the beginning of school and prepare teaching plans in time. Professional teaching evaluation can take three ways. First, students evaluate teachers, and each student can evaluate teachers anonymously, accounting for 70% of the total evaluation score. Third, purposeful and organized practical activities have promoted the smooth completion of professional training tasks.

Practice is an activity that people consciously and actively explore and transform the objective world. By analyzing the learning activities of students majoring in preschool education in vocational secondary schools, it can be found that the learning activities of teaching students are centered on students' cognitive structure and acquire knowledge through experience (internalization of information). In traditional teaching, the internalization of information has always been valued by educators, but the externalization process is often ignored. Of course, in order to better stimulate students' interest in preschool education, students can be organized to go to kindergartens for internship activities in the first week of freshmen's enrollment, that is, immediately after military training. The cultivation of professional ethics is based on the understanding of the profession, which is conducive to the improvement of students' enthusiasm for learning this major and the accumulation of perceptual experience. The second semester of grade two can be arranged for two whole months, so that students have more time for targeted guidance. During the winter and summer vacations of each school year, students can go to the practice base for practical activities. The first grade plays the role of teacher's assistant, and the third grade can work with pay. In addition, in the usual teaching, teachers of various subjects can also arrange to visit kindergartens or other related places at any time according to their own teaching needs. This model adapts to the trend of taking children as the main body and taking activities as the theme in contemporary kindergartens.

3. Change from closed and single teaching to open and diverse teaching. Teaching should open students' minds as much as possible, actively guide students to pay attention to the development and changes of the world, create a simulation scene of kindergarten education, let students participate in the role-playing of kindergarten teachers as soon as possible, and let students get out of the classroom, campus and kindergarten. The previous teaching objectives were the same, and the teaching content was the same? A program and a book? Teachers are advised to adopt flexible and diverse teaching methods.
