On how to optimize the curriculum of preschool education in secondary vocational schools

Paper Keywords Infant Curriculum Abstract At present, vocational secondary schools pay special attention to the curriculum reform of various majors. The main tasks of the curriculum reform of preschool education are to further clarify the professional training objectives, optimize the curriculum structure, develop and utilize the curriculum resources, change the practice of relying only on textbooks to implement the curriculum, and make extensive use of the educational resources contained inside and outside the school, such as students' life and nature. Actively encourage the development of modern curriculum resources and increase the openness and flexibility of the curriculum.

According to the training goal of preschool education major in vocational secondary school, that is, to cultivate students and children with good ideological and moral character, solid professional skills such as vocal music and piano, and extensive scientific knowledge, preschool education major mainly offers piano, vocal music, handicrafts, preschool education, kindergarten activity course, infant health care, basic knowledge of natural science, infant, foundation, occupation, mental health and other courses. With the continuous progress of society, vocational secondary school education has also been given new training tasks. Only by strengthening the reform of professional courses, updating the teaching concept and exploring effective ways to optimize the curriculum can we promote the stable and sustainable development of majors.

First, scientific norms are the basis for the vigorous development of preschool education.

The management of students majoring in preschool education mainly starts from three aspects, namely, strengthening students' ideological education, paying attention to mental health education, and establishing a correct outlook on life and values. Secondly, the head teacher is responsible for class construction, and the school can arrange the work of class tutors scientifically and reasonably, which is conducive to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. The head teacher is responsible for the pertinence and help of several students in the class throughout their study career, including the usual homework guidance, the teaching plan guidance in practice, and also paying attention to their mental health guidance. This provides a direct platform for teachers and students to communicate and learn from each other in teaching. Secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation and assessment of students' practical operation ability, mainly through graduation qualification examination and related professional qualification appraisal. Only after completing the courses required by the major and obtaining corresponding credits can you obtain graduation qualification; At the same time, students are also required to obtain at least one of the following vocational skills certificates, such as: Putonghua Level 2, Dance Level 1, Piano Level 1, Nurse Professional Qualification Certificate, Nurse Professional Qualification Certificate, Oral English Level 1 certificate, etc. To adapt the major to the diversified development trend of kindergarten education.

Second, strict and orderly monitoring of education and teaching quality is the guarantee to promote the growth of professional teachers.

The teaching and research group of preschool education specialty is divided into theory group and skill group. Teachers should organize teaching and research activities purposefully and planned every week to exchange teaching experience. At the same time, we can establish a teacher attendance system and set up a supervision team. The main members can be professional section chiefs and experienced teachers. Teachers should make a complete and reasonable teaching plan at the beginning of school and prepare teaching plans in time. Professional teaching evaluation can take three ways. First, students evaluate teachers, and each student can evaluate teachers anonymously, accounting for 70% of the total evaluation score. Secondly, the evaluation between teachers, teachers listen to each other, write lectures, and make an objective and reasonable evaluation of teachers, accounting for 20% of the total evaluation score; Finally, teachers' self-evaluation, that is, self-evaluation of their comprehensive classroom teaching ability, only accounts for 10% of the total evaluation score. This kind of management can obviously reflect the educational concept of taking students as the main body and being highly responsible for students.

In addition, pre-school education majors can also establish a relatively complete examination evaluation system. Teachers in the theory group must compile four sets of test questions for their own subjects to form a question bank, and one of them will be extracted immediately by the academic affairs office during the examination. Professional skills tests, such as piano and dance, are set by teachers according to the actual level of students, or they can build their own question bank. During the exam, students must file one by one and must pass the standards set by the teacher.

The major can also set up a professional steering committee, the main members of which are enterprises, kindergarten directors, parents of students, experts in early childhood education, and representatives of teachers and students in our school. The professional steering committee can give guidance and suggestions on the professional construction through multi-channel information exchange, and constantly adjust and improve the teaching behavior at all stages.

Third, purposeful and organized practical activities have promoted the smooth completion of professional training tasks.

Practice is an activity that people consciously and actively explore and transform the objective world. By analyzing the learning activities of students majoring in preschool education in vocational secondary schools, it can be found that the learning activities of teaching students are centered on students' cognitive structure and acquire knowledge through experience (internalization of information). Store processing information (cognitive structure)? Three basic stages of applying knowledge (externalizing experience or ideas). In traditional teaching, the internalization of information has always been valued by educators, but the externalization process is often ignored. Therefore, for students majoring in preschool education in vocational secondary schools, more attention should be paid to the cultivation of practical ability.

Pre-school education practice activities can account for 70% of the total class hours, and one-week probation activities can be arranged in the upper and lower semesters of grade two. Of course, in order to better stimulate students' interest in preschool education, students can be organized to go to kindergartens for internship activities in the first week of freshmen's enrollment, that is, immediately after military training. The cultivation of professional ethics is based on the understanding of the profession, which is conducive to the improvement of students' enthusiasm for learning this major and the accumulation of perceptual experience. The second semester of grade two can be arranged for two whole months, so that students have more time for targeted guidance. During the winter and summer vacations of each school year, students can go to the practice base for practical activities. The first grade plays the role of teacher's assistant, and the third grade can work with pay. In addition, in the usual teaching, teachers of various subjects can also arrange to visit kindergartens or other related places at any time according to their own teaching needs. Therefore, this interactive process from subjective to objective, from subject to object and from subject to object has greatly promoted teaching and learning.

Fourthly, scientifically and reasonably organizing colorful second class life is an effective way to improve students' ability.

Children's students are endowed with versatile, professional, technical and educational roles. The maturity of this role comes from various exercises at ordinary times. To this end, professional section heads, class teachers and subject teachers can guide students to organize more recreational activities, such as competitions of skills such as vocal music and piano, and exhibitions of handmade works (it is suggested to set up reasonable and feasible places to collect and display each student's excellent works), which is conducive to promoting the cultivation of students' positive, optimistic, confident and challenging qualities and forming a harmonious atmosphere of unity, cooperation and fair competition. Every Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon, student cadres can take the lead in organizing small class activities, such as corner, comprehensive games, aerobics and so on. These activities are conducive to cultivating students' lively and cheerful personality, and are also conducive to the future work of kindergartens.

Five, update the teaching concept, improve the teaching mode, and promote the targeted development of education and teaching.

At present, all stages of education are undergoing reforms, but our teaching model needs to be improved, doesn't it? Wear new shoes and take the old road? . It is necessary to constantly update the teaching concept and optimize the business structure. Here, I want to learn from my colleagues in order to get the effect of attracting jade.

1. Change the teaching mode of "emphasizing intelligence over morality, emphasizing classes over entertainment" and promoting students' all-round teaching. One of the tasks of kindergarten is to promote the all-round development of children. Therefore, preschool education teachers should not only have books, but also have people, be complete people, pay attention to students' comprehensive quality with a responsible attitude towards human life (continued from page 48) (continued from page 47), and promote students' all-round development.

2. Injecting static teaching is transformed into exploratory dynamic teaching. By teaching students to think, question and explore independently, they can not only grasp the conclusion of knowledge, but also know how to find, analyze and solve problems. In class, questions are often set to improve interaction. Teachers should carefully design, let students learn while doing, use their hands and brains, and combine learning with application, so that students' talents can be developed in lively teaching. This model adapts to the trend of taking children as the main body and taking activities as the theme in contemporary kindergartens.

3. Change from closed and single teaching to open and diverse teaching. Teaching should open students' minds as much as possible, actively guide students to pay attention to the development and changes of the world, create a simulation scene of kindergarten education, let students participate in the role-playing of kindergarten teachers as soon as possible, and let students get out of the classroom, campus and kindergarten. The previous teaching objectives were the same, and the teaching content was the same? A program and a book? Teachers are advised to adopt flexible and diverse teaching methods. It is found that some current teaching materials are not suitable for students' learning needs. Teachers of several students can brainstorm, or find kindergarten education experts to make school-based textbooks, experience them in practice, and then further modify the textbooks. This practice coincides with the concept of multi-intelligence comprehensive curriculum in kindergartens today.

In short, classroom teaching or specialty setting can be put forward by Xiong Shili: analysis and synthesis, practical volley. Educating students or setting up courses is a long and complicated task. If there are many names and appearances, you must analyze them, ask for them, and don't be afraid of being cumbersome. We should also find its system in thousands of things and sort out its truth. However, the analysis must be realistic. When we reach a certain level, that is, when we are flying in the air, we put down the shackles of textbooks and concepts and put aside everything, with only one goal in mind, that is, to promote the all-round development of students.
