Common problems in windmill training;

1: I often fall down at the start: it's because my waist didn't rise at the start and the landing place was too low.

Your feet will touch the floor when you circle again: that's because your waist is not raised, and then when you circle again, your body must turn half a circle to connect.

Windmills should pay attention to:
