Xichang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Hepu County, Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located 30 kilometers northwest of Hepu County, bordering Shagang Town in the east, Beibu Gulf in the south, facing Beihai City across the sea in the west, Dafeng River across the river, and rhinoceros foot town in Qinnan District of Qinzhou City, with a total area of 175 square kilometers and a coastline of 57.35 kilometers.
The main river in Xichang Town is Dagou River, a tributary of Nanliu River. Originated in the east of Lingcun Village, one side of Dingling Village Committee in Wu Jia Town, Hepu County, it flows into the Nanliu Estuary in the southeast of Xichang Town through the south of Wu Jia Town and the east of Xichang Town. The reach into the sea is called Gangjiang River, which is located at the junction of Xichang Town and Shagang Town. Small rivers include Jiangqiao and Yangmeijiang.
