International New Town is located in Sok Li Economic Development Zone, the core area of Shenfu City, with Hunhe River and Shenfu Landscape Avenue, the mother river of Shenfu Twin Cities, rolling mountains in the south, Lishi River landscape belt running through Shenfu New Town in the east and Dongling District in Shenyang in the west. Shenyang-Fuzhou light rail is an important landmark project of Shenyang-Fuzhou integration. It was completed and opened to traffic in July 2009, and it can be reached from the east side to the south about 900 meters. In addition, the main traffic roads connecting Shenfu, such as Shenfu Avenue and Shenfu Passenger Transport, and bus lines 806, 504, 39, 16, 30 all surround the project. There are 504 stops at the south gate of the project (Guo Xin Road named after the International New Town Project). Make the international new city an important connection point between Shenyang and Fuzhou, and its geographical position is superior. Now the intersection of Shenfu Avenue and Rainbow Street on the east side of the project has been opened, which will save you more time on the way to Shenyang and Harmony. The international new town covers a total area of about 6,543,800+6,000 square meters, with a planned total construction area of about 260,000 square meters and a greening rate of over 35%. The overall terrain of the project is high in the north and low in the south. At the same time, the spatial form of community planning also follows the trend of high in the north and low in the south. The architectural layout is patchy, which makes the residential space rich and beautiful, and at the same time, it can fully take care of the landscape vision of every household and ensure good ventilation and lighting. The architectural forms of the project are diversified, consisting of multi-storey scenes, high-rise buildings with broad vision, small high-rise buildings with small styles and garden houses. Its architectural style inherits the modern German architectural style, which combines simplicity and practicality with classical aestheticism, making living more comfortable. The international new city will be developed in three phases. Building 1- 19# on the south side of the project is the first phase (excluding 15#), which was completed and put into use at the end of June 2009. Central 15# and 20-28# are the second phase. The wide view high-rise along Shenfu Avenue on the north side of the project is Phase III. There is an entrance to the north, east and south of the project, and there are vehicle loops, sidewalks and paths between houses in the park. The moving line design is reasonable and humanized, which realizes the overall pedestrian and vehicle diversion and local mixed flow. In landscape planning, we specially hired the first domestic Shanghai Tongji Landscape Design and Research Institute as the designer. Combined with the climate characteristics of Fushun and the super-large building spacing of about 70 meters in the international new city project, the three-dimensional landscape design with rich layers is adopted, and the unique valley garden landscape of Shenfu Twin Cities is designed by combining landscape design with outdoor leisure and visual environment. The first phase of Emerald Valley, the second phase of Amber Bay and the third phase of Forest Garden have their own characteristics, but they are closely connected through the overhead floor to maintain unity and harmony. The gardening technique of the first phase of Emerald Valley is a three-dimensional and multi-level gradual art. Tall trees and low shrubs and turf seek changes in symmetry and show the interest of space in a cluster way. Balcony, flower fence, climbing plants, the building itself, rest seats and small entertainment and fitness facilities have also become part of greening. At the same time, fully considering the climate characteristics in the north, we have carefully designed architectural sketches and sculptures of different shapes. Even in the cold winter, different trees, branches and trunks of different colors, and hard surfaces of interesting and changeable roads are quite a scene. Emerald Valley: impressive, rewarding and usable, fully integrating man and nature, and realizing the artistic conception of landscape human settlement. The second phase of Amber Bay, which is also the landscape belt of the whole project, enters the park through the circular main entrance of the East Gate (the main entrance of the project). After the main entrance waterscape is combined with the landscape pavilion, you will see the circular Chen Shu Square, Fountain Square, Taiji Performance Square and semi-overhead activity square. Different landscape leisure areas will be separated by flowing water and connected by landscape bridges and corridors. River stones of different sizes and colors are used along the coast, and various aquatic plants are planted. All kinds of flower beds, undulating turf, smart running water, dense vegetation and leisure squares are leisurely and quiet everywhere.
