Low-density cholesterol will adhere to the blood vessel wall, causing arteriosclerosis and inflammation, hypertension, myocardial infarction, stroke and other diseases, so it is regarded as bad cholesterol. In contrast, high-density cholesterol is regarded as good cholesterol because it can not only bring the surrounding cholesterol back to the liver for metabolism, but also resist oxidation, inflammation and protect blood vessels.

5. Reduce triglycerides in the body: Triglycerides are also fat in the body, which is mainly converted from excess calories after digesting and absorbing food. So what is the proportion of body composition? The human body is mainly composed of water, fat, protein, minerals and carbohydrates.
