" Should regret "is a speculative word, which shows a feeling of being in the same boat and having a heart." Because of the description and rendering of the first two sentences, the word "should" seems natural and reasonable. Therefore, the last two sentences are not so much affectionate and considerate to Chang 'e's situation and mood as the lonely monologue of the protagonist.
