How can fitness increase muscles faster and more effectively?
I didn't exercise before. I just went to the gym for a few days. The coach gave me a lot of advice, which I don't think is suitable for me. I practice sweating on every piece of equipment. When I'm tired, I don't practice, and then I go swimming. Giving people a plane is a trivial matter, and health is the most important. It's good to gain two pounds a month. I always feel that it is not good for my health to give the machine quickly. Just let nature take its course. I am thin.
