Cultivate students' interest in sports and improve their awareness of sports. Therefore, we sports workers should actively take measures to strengthen school physical education and cultivate students' interest in sports, so as to improve students' sports awareness and make students actively participate in sports activities to better meet the needs of the mobile society. The author has made many attempts, explorations and summaries, and put them forward for discussion.

First, cultivate students' interest in physical exercise

Interest is a psychological phenomenon of human beings, which refers to a person's psychological tendency to produce positive emotions when he knows and grasps a certain phenomenon or thing or participates in an activity. Interest, showing some positive emotions, leads to loving an activity in behavior, thus forming behavior habits. Without interest in an activity, there can be no interest in it. Without interest in activities, it is impossible to have lasting interest in activities. Without interest and hobby in an activity, it is generally impossible to form the habit of engaging in it. Even if a habit has been formed, it will gradually fade with the weakness of hobbies. On the contrary, with the formation of interest in an activity, the growth of hobbies, habits become stronger. Insist on lifelong physical education, and emphasize the interest in sports and the importance of developing physical exercise habits. For students, we can conduct some surveys first to find out what sports students are interested in, and then give appropriate guidance, paying attention to the initial requirements. Let students experience the joy of success in sports activities and exercises. Make them change from "I want to practice" to "I want to practice", gradually form the habit of physical exercise, become the consciousness of activities, and gradually form the students' sports consciousness. Psychological research shows that people with a strong sense of sports will have a strong interest in sports, and this interest will not weaken or disappear with the satisfaction of curiosity and the change of objective conditions, but will enrich and deepen interest.

Second, cultivate students' ability of self-exercise.

If you are interested in related sports activities, you need to improve your self-exercise ability. We should cultivate students' self-exercise ability. It is one of the important contents of school physical education, and it is also the consciousness, habit and ability to cultivate and master lifelong physical exercise. How to combine self-exercise ability with our physical education teaching in school? I think self-training ability should run through the whole teaching process. In classroom teaching, physical education teachers should not only carry out relevant technical teaching, but also focus on cultivating students' following abilities:

(1) Cognitive ability of physical exercise, so that students can first understand the significance, function and related sports knowledge of physical exercise, so as to fully stimulate students' learning motivation, give play to students' subjective initiative, mobilize students' interest in sports, and promote students' enthusiasm and consciousness of exercise. For example, when learning long-distance running events, let students realize the benefits of long-distance running events to ourselves: it can make people keep fit, prolong life, be beautiful and smart ..., and make students lose their fear of long-distance running and become interested instead, which can improve their practical consciousness and cultivate their good will quality.

(2) Self-control ability of physical exercise. In physical education teaching, students should be specially trained to have good self-control ability, such as the adjustment of exercise amount and intensity, the self-correction of technical movements, and the arrangement of activity duration. Students with good self-control ability can actively participate in physical exercise and achieve twice the result with half the effort.

(3) Organizational ability of physical exercise. Many sports activities need our teachers to organize. Cultivating students' organizational ability of physical exercise is conducive to students to carry out various sports activities, so that sports activities can be carried out in an orderly manner, and students can better grasp the learning content during exercise and study. For example, if a ball game is held, students can organize the game according to the relevant rules of the game to make the game go smoothly.

(4) Physical exercise self-checking ability, that is, actively mastering the knowledge and skills related to health and sports in physical activities and learning, learning the basic methods related to sports, knowing the right and wrong of the practice methods, and correcting them in time, so that physical activities can be carried out in quality and make themselves experience fun in physical exercise. By cultivating students' ability of self-exercise, sports activities gradually become students' conscious activities, so that sports consciousness is gradually formed in students' minds.

Third, strengthen the professional quality of teachers and improve their comprehensive quality.

Physical education teachers should have good physical conditions, sports knowledge and skills in order to create a good learning atmosphere for students. Teachers' correct and beautiful demonstration of movements can improve students' understanding of movements, encourage students to take the initiative to participate and complete teaching objectives. The theoretical basis of sports and health includes psychology, sociology, pedagogy and biology. Physical education teachers must master and understand this knowledge in order to be handy in teaching. Only in teaching can we master students' psychology, constantly motivate students and stimulate their desire for sports. At the same time, 2 1 century is the era of modern network technology, so we should master the relevant modern educational methods and means to give students an intuitive, vivid and clear teaching process. For example, explain and demonstrate alternately in a class, cut the pre-recorded demonstration actions to the multimedia platform for comments, make mistakes easily, and even record the actions practiced by students in a video way for comments. In this way, the reasonable combination of physical education teaching methods presents diversity. Another example is that modern multimedia physical education teaching methods are composed of many factors. It uses light, sound, sound and image to replace traditional teaching methods. As a physical education discipline, especially indoor courses and theoretical courses, teachers can put the recent sports events on the platform more intuitively. Teachers should enthusiastically educate and guide students with the basic principles of Marxism, and cultivate good moral character of respecting science and truth. Our PE teachers should respect students, study well, be friendly, reward and punish fairly and help students. Fourth, pay attention to the change of teaching methods, create a harmonious environment and enjoy happy sports.

Physical education teaching is a bilateral activity of teaching and learning. It is an activity of combining learning and teaching for physical education teachers. In the past, some teachers just taught students blindly, asking students to learn blindly and not paying attention to teaching methods, which suppressed students' thoughts and was not conducive to their development. Teachers should adopt different teaching methods according to different students, students' different situations and different teaching environments, so that students can develop in an all-round way. In the teaching process, we should use more exercises that students are interested in and use multimedia to teach, so that students can better accept sports knowledge.
