Summer vacation study plan for seventh grade students
Drawing up a study plan for a week or a month in detail and sticking it on the wall of the study really plays a positive role in stimulating the will to carry out the plan. However, if we don't grasp every day and make a good daily plan, the weekly plan and the monthly plan will naturally fail.

When making various plans, we should break down the semester plan according to the academic year plan, the monthly plan according to the semester plan, and then break down the tasks and objectives of the monthly plan into weekly plans and daily plans. This method of long-term planning before short-term planning is suitable for students who are more comprehensive and realistic.

Some students procrastinate, like daydreaming and aim too high. They might as well make a daily plan now, and then make a weekly plan, a monthly plan and a semester plan after a period of implementation.

Because the procrastinator is lazy for a day or two, the whole plan is likely to be "paralyzed" and cannot continue, so it has to be redrafted. The result of redrawing the study plan repeatedly is to make you fall into the illusion that the study plan is made to give up. If you don't abandon it, you must implement it, and you may be choked to death by the plan and fall into a dilemma similar to "planning paranoia."

If people get to this point, they don't know what the study plan is for. They only study hard for how to finish the plan, but forget the improvement of learning efficiency.

A time manager said, "In any case, to realize the organization of life, it is essential to make a one-day life plan, not a long-term plan." This statement is obviously convincing to those who love procrastination and daydreaming.

The method advocated by experts to make a daily life plan is to set up a "planning book", which is often placed in the same place that can be seen at any time, such as the designated position of your desk. Every morning or the night before, list the things to do that day one by one in the planning book. After one day, check whether the listed projects have been implemented as planned. If you find anything missing or not implemented, put it back to the first item the next day. Managing your daily behavior and organizing your life like this is the first step for procrastinating and daydreaming students.

For students with a certain degree of self-control, there is no need to set up a "planning book" and make plans one by one every day, otherwise they will fall into the mud pit of dogmatism, which is counterproductive. In fact, do a few things every day, think about it in the morning, and take pictures of the order in your mind.

The daily plan that every student here has to make is actually just a daily timetable. There are two timetables, one for school and the other for weekends and holidays.

The following is a classmate's schedule at school:

Morning:

Get up at 5: 50-5: 55 and make the bed and room.

8: 50-9: 30 Indoor sit-ups, push-ups, washing and relaxing.

Rest at half past nine

Remarks:

1, going to and from school twice a day, the distance between home and school is 1 km, walking 10 minutes, and going back and forth twice only takes 40 minutes. The actual time is 80 minutes, and the remaining 40 minutes are maneuvering. You can recite English words on the road, and you can recite three new words for at least 40 minutes every day. Reciting while exercising helps to remember.

2. Every day, in addition to the time allowed by the teacher, there are still 3 class hours 120 minutes for self-study at school and 2 class hours 1 10 minutes for self-study at home. This is not a small number, so we must pay close attention to it. Only by planning the specific tasks of self-study in five classes on the way to school every morning can we improve the learning efficiency.
