According to official website of gold and silver lake National Fitness Center, the swimming pool of gold and silver lake National Fitness Center is open from 9: 00 a.m. to12 and from 2: 00 p.m. to 6: 00 p.m., and is fully maintained every Saturday and Sunday. The swimming pool is closed to the public.
