Second, the content of the meeting:

Delegates at the meeting asked the property management company to answer the questions raised by the first coordination meeting on September 28th, 20 19 (the basic information of the community was handed over, the economic contract of property management was publicized, and the property description materials such as movable property shared by all owners were not in place. ), and put forward the problems that should be rectified in the near future.

(1) Yu Saiqiong, the property manager, made a self-examination on the rectification problems raised by the temporary industry committee on 28th, and admitted that there were some property management problems mentioned by the owner's representative, such as the older security guards and cleaning staff; The image of security guards is not good, and individual security guards leave their posts; The arrangement of garbage removal is unreasonable, and there are some sanitary dead ends in the community; The inspection and maintenance of public facilities are not timely enough. In view of some problems, Manager Yu said that relevant measures have been taken to gradually rectify them, such as reorganizing the security team, optimizing the garbage removal plan, cleaning up the sanitary corner, removing the hidden dangers of the residential pavement, inspecting and repairing some public facilities, and contacting the developer engineers to repair the problems of the negative second floor wall bricks of Buildings 8 and 9. Manager Yu made the above rectification into PPT and showed it to the owner's representative, saying that in addition to continuing the rectification, the access control system and garage management system will be upgraded. The owner's representative affirmed the rectification of the property since September and hoped that more measures could be implemented in detail.

(2) The property's reply to some questions of the Provisional Industry Committee.

1. Vice President Wang of Quanzhou Branch said that the property management information will be handed over to the community according to legal procedures, and the community will be handed over after the establishment of the new industry committee. During this period, the temporary industry committee can apply to the community for relevant information.

2. Agree to the temporary industry committee to consult the planning drawings and related materials of residential area construction.

3. Agree to publicize the public revenue and expenditure of this community over the years to the owners of Qingyuan Phase II.

4. Agree to investigate the problem of fitness card in Ling Feng, and then give opinions and suggestions after finding out.

(3) Progress of Qingyuan Independent Industry Committee

Comrade Wu Jinglin, director of the community, said that since the independent industry committee is the demand of most owners in Qingyuan, this demand has been formally submitted to the Street and District Housing and Construction Bureau for study and instruction.
