There is no authoritative grading method and treatment scheme for IgA nephropathy at present. At present, most treatments in China are based on clinical conditions and pathological types, including renal function, proteinuria, hypertension and pathological types. If we only look at the pathological types, hormone therapy alone may not be enough. Adding immunosuppressants may be more conducive to disease control. It is recommended to go to the hospital for treatment, so as not to aggravate the condition and delay the treatment time.
