However, taking off your coat and clothes immediately after exercise, walking into an air-conditioned room in hot weather, or taking a nap at the outlet of an electric fan will make your skin contract and sweat, leading to physiological disorders such as body temperature regulation and decreased immune function, which will lead to diseases such as colds, diarrhea and asthma. The correct way is to prepare a towel with good water absorption, wipe the sweat within half an hour after exercise, and then change clothes or enter the air-conditioned room after the body cools naturally. If the indoor and outdoor temperature is low, wipe off the sweat on your body and head to prevent discomfort.
