Is running good for acne on the face?
If you run for the purpose of fitness under normal circumstances, you will not get acne, but will make your skin better. Unless you sweat a lot, wash your face in time and block your pores, you will get acne. But this is a personal cleaning problem, which has nothing to do with the nature of running.

There are many reasons for acne, both internal and external. Internally, it is mainly personal endocrine problems and health system problems, such as endocrine disorders, excessive androgen secretion, poor digestive system, frequent eating of oil and foods that are too irritating, lack of sleep and poor sleep quality. Running, especially long-term jogging, can obviously improve people's physical condition, thus promoting human health, such as treating insomnia and improving cardiopulmonary function. There is no doubt about it.

From the external causes, the main reasons are careless cleaning, improper use of cosmetics, and incorrect way of washing your face. These are all related to personal hygiene habits and have nothing to do with running.
