Is it possible to build muscles in your 60s?
I am in 1962. I lift weights in the garage. Please allow me to share my humble story. According to my birth certificate, I was born in 1955. This is old! But at my age, I can do many hard lifts, squats and snatch (at my age). A large number of healthy functional connective tissues have been established in my constitution. I am very thin and weigh 190 kg.

I train regularly and optimize my training plan as "long-term strength building and connective tissue (muscle) development". I have been working on this project for the past six years. I like lifting weights very much. I love and cherish the positive effects of this lifestyle on my health, cardiovascular regulation, psychological attitude, mobility and hormone activation, and I enjoy this exciting lifestyle very much.

You can do it too. Start small and build brick by brick. Let's define muscle. When you say "muscle", you may refer to the muscles displayed by professional bodybuilders on fruit juice. The answer is no, you don't pose on the fitness dance floor to show your muscles. Maybe you can. I have no experience in fitness. That's not my dish!

Of course, if by "muscle" you mean functional muscle. I am a good example. Learning the art of weightlifting-as a way of life-is most suitable for the elderly. I only eat simple fresh food. At my age, I would never endanger my health with any performance-improving drugs or chemical supplements. I am an old fool!

What does this need? Copy my lifestyle? The answer is: it needs to implement a smart weightlifting plan strategy, combining proper nutrition with good recovery.

You must pass the physical examination first. At my age, I have a good ability (cardiopulmonary endurance) to carry out large-capacity ballistic weightlifting, explosive weightlifting (Olympic weightlifting), combined with slow lifting, such as top pressure, back squat, front squat and hard lift.

This adaptability can be realized by intelligent programming of elevators. This is a way of life. For most people, even young coaches, this is a big squat. If it is not restricted, it is very nerve-racking.

Try to hide under the bad boy You must be very healthy (high mobility and strength) and have a good work heart to bear this load.

This is the most explosive training for the elderly. This shows mobility, strength and strength. This is a magical way to restore physical strength.

Or bear the burden. You must have enough strength and joint flexibility to bear such a load. It took me five years to build it. I'm not finished yet!

This elevator is a good demonstration of the strength development of the elderly. The snatch is unparalleled in cultivating the whole body strength and strength. The pile that the old man lifted from the floor is really heavy!
