But the most important thing is my years of fitness experience. It is not effective to reduce fat by exercise alone. Scientific diet and low-carbon drinking water are the key, that is, eat less food, especially four hours before going to bed at night. If you can do this, with proper aerobic exercise every day for 1 month, you can see the effect (you can eat meat, vegetables and fruits at ordinary times, but you must eat less food).
If you want to gain muscle, don't worry, but if 2kg dumbbells can only build muscle, you need several pairs of big dumbbells. For the time being, you can practice flying birds with 2kg dumbbells, that is, grab the dumbbells by hand and lift them sideways, slowly lift them and practice your shoulders. In addition, you can practice squats, push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups.
Sit-ups of the above sports can be exhausted every day, then rest for 2 minutes, and then do 5-6 groups of other sports every day. Don't rest after practicing every day 1-2 days, and practice again to make muscles recover (supplement high-protein food during muscle recovery).
Exercise doesn't take a day or two. Many fitness methods that suit you take a long time to sum up (if you like exercise at first, you can refer to Wade's training method). After improvement, it can be improved slowly. There is no scientific fitness method, only the one that suits you best.
