Proper nouns do not need to be translated. Just use Chinese Pinyin directly. For example, Deng Xiaoping translates into English as Deng Xiaoping, so Li Xingchen translates into English as Li Xingchen. Don't worry about what you look like when you translate online, because names and places are proper nouns, not universal. You can't think with general rules.
