Skipping rope is the first choice for boxing training, which can exercise the flexibility of the body and the "elasticity" of the legs and feet. At the same time, strength training can not be ignored, and you can exercise by comprehensive fitness equipment or lifting dumbbells. Playing sandbags can practice the strength and hardness of fists, but everything should be gradual and not aggressive. Moreover, the speed and frequency of boxing practice can play pear balls.
I studied boxing for a month. When I go out at 6: 30 every morning, I go to the gym a few kilometers away to learn boxing. Insist on training every morning, make sure to hit sandbags 1000, and then carry out moves training-the snow never stopped for a whole winter vacation. Later, under my mother's obstruction, I couldn't continue. Every morning after training and coming home from the gym, I have to change into wet clothes. Although I only wear very few clothes when I play boxing, after every training, my autumn clothes and pants are basically soaked, and I have to wrap my down jacket tightly every time I go home. When I hit the sandbag for the first time, I hit it forty or fifty times because I didn't wear gloves, and my finger joints were scratched by leather sandbags. But I was brave and kept punching sandbags. Hit a thousand times, and the sandbags were covered with blood. (It was discovered by others. I was so focused on punching sandbags that my hands were numb and my pain eased. If it hurts a little, I don't care too much. The next day, before I hit the sandbag, I wrapped my hands in white cloth in advance. After the fight, the blood from the wound dyed the white cloth red and soaked two layers. However, the work of punching sandbags has not stopped for a day. After that, hit sandbags with cloth every day. The wound on my hand healed a little when I hit the sandbag, and there was no medicine at all. For boxing enthusiasts, if you want to learn boxing well, you must first protect your hands!
