Xuanen ham, a specialty of Xuanen County, Hubei Province, is a symbolic product of China's national geography.

Xuanen ham follows the traditional China ham technology and is refined by combining Tujia Miao village bacon technology. It has a long history, exquisite materials, unique technology and high quality. Together with Jinhua Ham in Zhejiang, Rugao Ham in Jiangsu and Xuanwei Ham in Yunnan, it is also called "China's Four Famous Legs".
