How did a girl from the east win the four-time bikini championship of UKBFF with her love of fitness? But she is interested in those sports. What really took her fitness career off was winning the first bikini competition of UKBFF in 20 14, and when did she get the sponsorship of many fitness brands and become a professional fitness instructor? Although her current number of fans on IG is only 39,000, her fitness enthusiasm is worth tracking.
Jayne Lo was born and raised in Hong Kong, and moved to Britain in 2009 to study at the most famous school, Bristol University. Now she runs her own gym in London, England. For Jayne, her success was not a fluke. She comes from an athlete's family, and her brothers and sisters are national athletes in swimming and triathlon. Growing up in such a sports environment, she was a swimmer and marathon runner in high school, and even won the second place in the youth group in the semi-Marseille race in Hong Kong for two consecutive years.

In addition to planning competitions, Jayne also became an athlete sponsored by a fitness brand. She used to advertise in magazines, worked as a fitness columnist, and finally slowly set up her own private gym.
Competition Training and Diet Jayne does weight training for 4-5 days and aerobic exercise for 360-450 minutes every week. Before the competition, 12- 15 will enter the preparation period. In addition, in terms of diet, she always likes to keep strict eating habits and prepare her own food every day, including low-fat lean meat, animal fat, avocado, olive oil and healthy carbohydrates (such as oats, yam and brown rice). However, she also likes to go out to enjoy food once in a while. She even suggested that everyone should not be too biased towards any kind of diet, so that their lives can be balanced in the diet.

Finally, Jayne also reminded everyone that the above things that are useful to her may not be useful to everyone, which is why she encouraged everyone to try different training or eating methods as much as possible. In her words, there are many ways to do social media and the Internet, but there is no "right way" for everyone. You can only find a suitable exercise method through continuous learning and enthusiasm, and continue to work hard.
