Haishu district is the most developed. The third district of Ningbo is Haishu District, jiangdong district and Jiangbei District, among which Haishu is the most developed, and the famous Tianyi Square is located in Haishu District, followed by Jiangdong and Jiangbei.

Tianyi Square is located on the south side of Zhongshan Road, a bustling commercial street in the city center, covering an area of 200,000 square meters. The main building consists of 22 modern buildings with strong European customs, with a total construction area of 220,000 square meters. In the center of the closed building complex is a central square of 35,000 square meters and a scenic water area of 6,000 square meters. At the same time, there is the first musical fountain with a total length of more than 200 meters and a maximum spray height of 40 meters in Asia, and a large screen water curtain movie with a height of 20 meters and a width of 60 meters.

Tianyi Plaza is the largest "one-stop" shopping and leisure plaza in China. The plaza, which integrates shopping, leisure, entertainment, culture and tourism, is known as the commercial aircraft carrier of Ningbo and another beautiful business card of Ningbo city.

There is also the old Bund around Tianyi, which has been one of the most prosperous ports since the Tang and Song Dynasties. It was once the earliest port in the "five-port trade", 20 years earlier than the Shanghai Bund. It is one of the few embankments in China with a history of one hundred years. Young friends like to go to the Old Bund in the evening, where there are many bars and they will meet many foreign friends.

There is also the Town God Temple nearby, which is one of the largest existing Town God temples in China. Chenghuang Temple has always been a concentrated place for food stalls and shops.
