In this way, I found that among all people, farmers use computers the least, so it is the most difficult for farmers to popularize culture and enjoy resources; People in cities use more computers, so it is easy to popularize them in cities. False practices should be reversed as soon as possible. Take the farmer's bookstore as an example. Which village can reach the qualified mass utilization rate?

At present, the construction of China's public cultural service system is entering a special period, where opportunities and challenges coexist, and difficulties and gains coexist. On the morning of August 27th, the headmaster gave information about educational theory. Teachers should have cultural background, educational pursuit and educational wisdom. As a teacher, we must first have a broad humanistic vision, profound theoretical foundation and exquisite teaching skills, which makes us understand that as a teacher, in addition to solid professional knowledge, we should also have the necessary humanistic feelings and understand the importance of educational tact to teaching work, rather than blindly imparting knowledge. At the same time, it inspires us to have a good mental state and a spirit of exploration, struggle, pioneering and science. What impresses me most is that the knowledge of the fun system is powerful, which means that the knowledge we impart must be useful and targeted, and only in this way can it play a role. On the first day of training, I was inspired by the personal feelings and suggestions of the leaders of the General Hospital, which made me think deeply about my future career planning. In addition, the course lectures of various management departments also made me know more about the structure and division of functions of general hospitals when I first entered the workplace.

In the eastern land, I spent two exciting and full of laughter and laughter with the members of the group. In the final team project design, although the work content is unfamiliar to me, I also actively participated in it. Although I will encounter setbacks and difficulties, the mutual help and brainstorming among team members have solved the problem and completed the project design successfully.

During these eight days of training, I gained a lot and realized my own shortcomings. There are many excellent people around us who are worth learning.
