Why don't girls like anaerobic exercise?
As you said, I am a girl. Recently, I have been running in the gym, and I can also ride a bike and meet Smith, but the number of times is very small, and I just run most of the time.

I know that combining aerobic training with strength training is more conducive to reducing fat, and I also know that muscles are not easy to produce. But some girls will think like you said. I think they may have just started to get involved in fitness and don't know much about professional knowledge. It is said that experts watch the doorway and laymen watch the excitement. Generally speaking, women exercise less than men, and their understanding of sports is certainly not comprehensive, so it is generally believed that running can burn calories and you can lose weight. There is no popular science here, only phenomena. Similarly, most girls still believe that missing a meal will help them lose weight. Many girls around me are asked why they didn't eat a meal, and they will immediately say "Stop eating and lose weight".

I stretch in the gym from 2 pm to 3 pm every day. It looks so boring. My height and weight are still standard, and I don't have high requirements for my appearance. Fitness is not to lose fat/shape/gain muscle. Because there are many bad habits at ordinary times, so long-term abdominal distension and constipation. I just want to increase aerobic exercise, promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and improve gastrointestinal digestion and absorption through running. After running for about a week, the effect is obvious.

What's more, you may not believe it. I'm usually afraid of running. Growing up, I feel very uncomfortable both psychologically and physically, so I want to overcome my fear and exercise my perseverance and patience by running.

Busy these days, I am not in the mood to make a comprehensive fitness plan, so I plan to take time to run every day to keep myself in motion. I think that's enough. During the summer vacation, I will spend more time on fitness, mainly strength training and contact with strength equipment. You must feel tired after running for so long.

I've always wanted to do tabata training. Although I may not be able to persist at first, I am willing to try.
