Que Ashui, the 18th descendant of "Shaolin Internal Skill One Finger Zen", was born in Suzhou, Jiangsu. Born in poverty, he was sent to the temple to be an ascetic at the age of seven. He studied martial arts with Master Du Shunbiao, a monk from Shaolin Temple in Fujian, and learned the true skill of "Zen with one finger inside". At that time, the Buddhist precepts were strict, the achievement method was confidential, and all actions and achievements depended on the words and deeds between master and apprentice, so few people knew this achievement method. After liberation, under the education of the party and the government, his consciousness was constantly improved, so he opened the door to teach and made the long-buried national treasure-"One Finger Zen Internal Skill" known to the world for the benefit of the people, thus being praised by the party and the people.
1982, after the death of Mr que Ashui, in order to inherit the teacher's legacy, carry forward this outstanding achievement and benefit mankind, Wang Ruiting compiled it into words for teaching use. Since Wang Ruiting publicly stated in 1993 that "the copyright belongs to the society and will not be investigated for reprinting", 32 versions (including Japanese, English and Korean versions) have been published at home and abroad. In recent years, Wang Ruiting and his disciple Wang Zejun, etc. A number of free Wushu teaching platforms have been established, such as QQ platform (Wang Ruiting Shaolin Internal Skill One Finger Zen) and video classroom 5 1VV. , and continue to conduct in-depth research and summary of Wushu, and its teaching materials are still being improved. The internal strength of Shaolin Qigong-Zen-is a unique practice of Shaolin Temple. There has always been a single dictation between master and apprentice, and no writing has been established. 1982, after the death of my teacher, Mr Que Ashui, in order to inherit the teacher's legacy, carry forward this outstanding achievement and benefit mankind, I compiled it into words for teaching use. However, since I publicly stated in 1993 that "the copyright belongs to the society and will not be investigated for reprinting", 32 versions (including Japanese, English and Korean versions) have been published at home and abroad. Due to reprinting, some versions have added many articles that have not been reviewed by myself, and there are many omissions and errors. In recent years, according to my teaching and practice, I have made some supplements and modifications to this method, such as adding "selfie stick" and "quick breathing". Moreover, the action diagram is not standardized by hand. At present, the inconsistency of the textbook has seriously affected its integrity and accuracy, and it is urgent to unify the content of the method and strictly standardize the action. Therefore, I personally compiled and revised this unified and standardized textbook, all based on my demonstration movements, and submitted it to the People's Sports Publishing House for official publication. It is the only standard textbook used in Wushu teaching as a foreign language in China.
The official publication of this tutorial has condensed the efforts of many comrades. Here, I would like to extend my most sincere respect to all the comrades who are unknown, work hard and contribute to the promotion of this law.
Wang Ruiting (note: this is the explanation given by 1998 when rearranging the teaching materials) "warm-up method" is a set of preparatory actions before practicing this method, which can make the pile stand get twice the result with half the effort. Preheating method can generate heat energy, so that the heat energy field can promote its own field effect. Everyone has potential physical strength when practicing martial arts. Therefore, when practicing martial arts, we must be regular and orderly, so as to show the explosive force, the external gas enters and the internal gas exits, and to guide others to treat diseases. Someone said, "Can I stand on the pile without warming up?" In teaching practice, I have summed up my experience for so many years. Warm-up therapy plays a decisive role in getting rid of and treating diseases. Only in this way can the "Horse stance just look" pile generate powerful explosive force, store internal force, promote the movement of qi and blood, and play the role of treating diseases, regulating qi and blood, and massaging viscera. So don't underestimate the warm-up method, otherwise it will delay the rise of skill and affect the dredging of viscera and meridians.

According to the theory of meridian theory in traditional Chinese medicine, meridian is the channel of qi and blood in human body. The meaning of the path is a vertical trunk line; Network means network, which is a branch of classic. They are distributed all over the body, connecting internal organs and external limbs, connecting inside and outside, and connecting inside and outside, forming a complete and unique functional system, which makes the inside and outside of the body unified and coordinated and maintains normal physiological activities of the human body. "Lingshu Jing" said: "Meridian, therefore, determines life and death, deals with all diseases, and regulates excess and deficiency, so it is indispensable." Therefore, there is a saying that "the truth doesn't hurt, but it hurts if it doesn't work." The dynamic mechanism of standing pile is similar to the principle of "external counterpulsation". By adjusting and maintaining the specific posture of "deficiency in the upper body and excess in the lower body", the return of qi and blood in the heart and the flow of qi and blood in all parts of the upper body can be increased, which is conducive to establishing "collateral circulation" and improving microcirculation, making the whole body unobstructed, harmonizing qi and blood, and balancing yin and yang, so as to prevent and treat "old people getting old first", get rid of diseases and strengthen the body, and prolong life.
Key points of vertical pile:
1. Feet are shoulder width;
2. Toe buckle10;
3. Grab the ground with ten toes, but don't use too much force;
4. Kneel down, but the knees do not exceed the toes;
5. Abdomen and anus;
6. Round gear, loose waist and loose crotch;
7. Pull back with your chest;
8. Virtual collar and neck;
9. Tongue and palate;
10. Look straight ahead;
1 1. The line between the tip of the nose and the navel is perpendicular to the ground;
12. The line between Baihui and perineum is perpendicular to the ground;
13. Virtual axis;
14. Shoulders sink and elbows droop;
15. Forearms are parallel to the ground;
16. Forearms are parallel to each other;
17. The root of the middle finger is in line with the forearm;
18. Palm tiling;
19. The fingers are stepped, and the thumb and forefinger are duck-billed;
20. On the virtual reality, smile and breathe naturally;
2 1. The "three don't's" and "one stress" should be achieved in the standing horse stance just look pile: don't be quiet; Don't deliberately; Don't add other concepts to this method. Emphasize the accuracy of action posture;
22. To achieve three stabilities: a steady start; The vertical pile is stable; A steady job.
Requirements: The time for standing piles should not be less than 30 minutes each time (the time for beginners can be from short to long, step by step); Posture can change from high to low with the increase of physical strength (within a certain range, the lower the posture, the stronger the role of "external counterpulsation" and the greater the "explosive force"). In practice, when we stand on a wooden stake in a stance of "horse stance" for about 20 minutes, we regularly pull our fingers in the order of "2, 4, 1, 5, 3" (and press the corresponding toes as much as possible at the same time), we will feel warm and the "sense of breath" in our hands will be enhanced. Some people will have slight movements, even violent vibrations. With the pulling of fingers and toes, they feel a heat flow circulating in the body. People who persist in practicing for 3 ~ 6 months can not only get rid of the disease quickly and increase their physical strength, but also have quick thinking and abundant energy. The whole body seems to have inexhaustible energy, and the technology can reach the level of "breathing inside and releasing outside" of ordinary Qigong masters.
Finger pulling sequence: 1. Index finger; 2. ring finger; 3. Thumb; 4. little finger; 5. Middle finger.
Finger-pulling essentials: put your hands flat, palms down, fingers relaxed and straight (toes are also relaxed at this time), metacarpophalangeal joints of your index finger are bent (fingers are straight), and your index finger is slowly pressed down; After stopping 1 ~ 1.5 minutes, the index finger is slowly raised slightly higher than the original position, and then retracted. Stop 1 ~ 2 seconds, and then use this method to pull other fingers in turn (Figure 24 ~ Figure 28). Pull all five fingers once, if you have time, you can pull them three or five times in a row, and then continue to stand on the pile for about 5 minutes, so that you can collect strength or do the later work.
Requirements:
1. Finger order cannot be reversed when pulling fingers;
2. Don't miss or Dora;
3. The speed of finger pressing and lifting should be slow to avoid accidents;
4. When pulling your fingers, press the corresponding toes at the same time as possible;
If you find dizziness, don't be afraid and have a rest. Drink some hot tea and it will go away. Dynamic work, also known as "internal standing pile work", is the pile potential exercised on the basis and behind the standing pile with "ma bu" or horse stance just look. It still emphasizes the accuracy of movements and postures, and pays attention to luck with the trend, supplemented by qi, and strengthened by qi, so as to achieve "Qi-blood training", "Strength-qi training" and "Exterior-interior training", so as to multiply qi-energy, promote the smoothness of the whole body's meridians, and harmonize qi and blood. Mainly practice the storage and release of energy, and enhance the functions of "external air in" and "internal air out" of hands.

If you practice for a long time, the "sense of qi" in your palm will increase day by day, accumulate internal qi and guide it to your fingers, that is, you can "release internal qi outside" and guide others to cure diseases.
Steering gas
Adjust yin and yang, and practice qi. After a long period of practice, you can release your luck and benefit the people. 1. air duct
Action: Connect the "mass" potential at the end of "turning gas" (Figure 52). Forearm supination, palm up, elbow flexion, hand arc to the front of the head, left foot close to the right foot, and inhalation at the same time; Palm down, slowly fall through the front of the head, and exhale at the same time, leading qi to Yongquan point (Figure 53, Figure 54). After lifting the handle and lowering the hand three times, it will return to its upright position.
Requirements: 1. Retraction is the basic method to prevent deviation and correct deviation. Therefore, every time you finish practicing, you must do a good job of receiving strength and guiding qi. If you choose to practice a certain pile posture in this technique, at the end, first withdraw your left foot, palm up, and lift it from both sides to shoulder level, and then do the above actions. 2. When your hands are adducted, don't point your palms to your ears.
2. Lightning compressed air
Action: After completing gathering potential and guiding qi, step forward to the left with your left foot, extend your left hand with your palm upward, and slam your left hand with your right arm. At the same time, lick your palate with your tongue, tuck in your abdomen and lift your qi, and make a short and powerful "Yi" sound (Figure 55 and Figure 56). Then I tried my best, grabbed the ground with my feet, kicked my hind legs fiercely, stared, and straightened my neck. I was very angry and unstoppable. The situation at that time was like a soldier's "leap-forward stab" in an assassination drill, which showed great power.
Function: Tigers have the power to shake their hair. Every time it finishes practicing, it shouts "Yi"! Not only does it have a sense of sound, but it also means that there is still room for strength after practice-refreshing. More importantly, shock your internal organs to avoid air resistance and air blockage in the body and prevent deviation. At the same time, it is also a kind of "breath in practice". 1. Sit down type

13. The "Fast Breathing Work" in the ancient days of Ming Dynasty consists of "Qigong Shaking", "Puzzle Solving Work", "Shuanglong Zhu Gong" and "Sanyuan Irrigation Work". Some of this achievement method was handed down by former teacher Que Ashui, and some was newly compiled by Professor Wang Youcheng. At the same time, it also combined the experience and experience of my teachers and friends who have studied and practiced for many years.
The practice in recent years has proved that this set of exercises not only has the characteristics of quick inspiration, but also has the effect of inspiring education; With proper preparation (warm-up method) and "gaining momentum", you can practice independently in your own system, or you can insert it into the popularization of Wushu. To this end, when we tried the textbook this time, we included it in this book.
