Why is Nanchong called Fruit City?
Nanchong is one of the nine planned cities in Sichuan. Nanchong is the land of Liang Yong in Xia and Shang Dynasties, the important town of Shu and Han in the Three Kingdoms Period, Guozhou in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, and Shunqing in the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Jialing River runs through the mountains and rivers here from north to south. Chen Shou, Zhang Lan, Luo Ruiqing and other literati and military commanders are all outstanding sons and daughters raised here for the Chinese nation. This fruit city, which has been built for more than 2,200 years, has had six titles in history. According to Pan Dade, editor-in-chief of Shunqing District Records, from Han An at the beginning of Guocheng Town to Shunqing now, every name change is related to an interesting historical fact. In 202 BC (the sixth year of Emperor Gaudi), in 65438+ 10, Emperor Gaudi ordered the construction of Han 'an County. According to Records of Historical Records of Xiang Yu, Liu Bang was surrounded by Xiang Yu in the third year of Hanwang (the first 204 years). At the critical moment, General Li Xin presented Liu Bang with a plan to "get rid of the golden cicada". After Liu Bang escaped from danger, Ji Xin disguised as Liu Bang was burned to death by Xiang Yu. After Liu Bang defeated Xiang Yu, he thought that Ji Xin had made great contributions to the stability of the Han regime, so he established Han 'an County in Ji Xin's hometown. According to historical records, Han 'an County is located in Wulidian, Shunqing North Street. Han 'an County governs Nanchong City, including Xichong County, Peng 'an County and some areas of Yuechi County. During the Western Han Dynasty and the Eastern Han Dynasty, while implementing the county system, the system of titles of princes and heroes was also implemented. Therefore, in its administrative divisions, there are "countries" in addition to counties and counties. Han 'an County was once called "the land of abundance". Although it is impossible to verify when it was filled in, according to the explanation of Ba County in Hanshu Geography, there are Langzhong, Jiangzhou, Linjiang, Han An, Dangqu, Guo Chong and Fuling in Ba County. It can be seen that the Western Han Dynasty has already made up for the country. According to the "filling the country" listed under Ba County, it is said that "Yong Yuan is divided into two years". Based on this, it is inferred that the country was abolished and merged into Langzhong County in the early Eastern Han Dynasty. The territory includes today's Langzhong South and nanbu county. In the fourth year of Xian Di Chuping (193), Nanchong and Xichong were withdrawn. Nanchong includes today's eastern nanbu county, Peng 'an County and northern Gaoping District. The city is located in Liuyi Township, nanbu county. In the 18th year of Emperor Wendi (598), Han 'an and Brazil merged into one county, which was named Nanchong County because it was located in the south of the country. The name of Shunqing began in the third year of Li Zongbaoqing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1227), when Guo Shengfu was Shunqing. It turned out that Japanese Sect was never the predecessor of the emperor. After he ascended the throne, he issued a letter to upgrade the state where he had lived as an official to a mansion. From the Yuan Dynasty to the twentieth year of Yuan Dynasty (1283), Shunqing House was changed to Shunqing Road, and Shunqing House was in Ming and Qing Dynasties. 19 1 1 year, due to the same city, the county department was abolished, the government was retained, and the Shunqing government governor department was established. In the second year of the Republic of China, Shunqing Prefecture was changed to Nanchong County Governor's Office, and the name of Shunqing was officially abolished. To 1993, the administrative divisions were adjusted, and Shunqing place names were reused as the main part of Nanchong City. Guocheng is another name for Nanchong. Its name originated from Zhou State in the early Tang Dynasty. In the fourth year of Emperor Gaozu Wude (62 1), Zhou was established, which governed Nanchong, Xiangru, Xichong and Langchi (now north of Yingshan County). The Book of the Old Tang Dynasty said that "Zhou Guo" was named after "Causality Mountain". According to the examination, Guo Shan is a small hill in the Xishan Mountains in the southwest of Nanchong (behind today's Silk School). There were many oranges on the mountain in those days. The organizational system of Zhou was maintained until the establishment of Shunqing House in the third year of Li Zongbaoqing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1227). Although the state system was abolished long ago, people still used to call Nanchong the fruit city.
