Shrugging your shoulders is the easiest way to exercise. Of course, according to your own ability, you can choose to exercise without weight or use suitable fitness equipment.
Step &; Basic elements:
-Stand with your feet shoulder width apart,
-Hold a barbell or dumbbell with both hands, such as Wellness Rack, and put it in front of your body, keeping it shoulder-width or slightly wider.
-Put your hands just up to your thighs.
-Don't bend your arms. Shrug your shoulders vertically.
-Remember not to move your shoulders in turn when you shrug.
Stay for a second when you shrug your shoulders to the highest point, then slowly put them down and return to the original position to complete an action.
* It is suggested that each group should be 8~ 10 times, and the fiber winding can be strengthened after completing three groups (for endurance training, each group should be 12~ 15 times).
