I. Self-discipline
It is very simple to make a training plan every day, but everything will become more efficient with the training plan except the fitness plan. Because you know you have to get up at 6 o'clock tomorrow morning, you must go to bed before 1 1 at night to ensure your state. Because you knew you had to train the next day, you refused to socialize ineffectively, refused the nightclub party, and refused the movie premiere. Self-discipline is the first feeling. You can do anything to make way for training. In fact, a person's physical management reflects his comprehensive management ability, especially for young people. Good health makes you competitive! Men should give people a sense of manpower!
Second, you need a coach.
The reason why previous fitness was blind JB training was because there was no scientific and systematic planning and weight control. In order to grow up quickly, I hired a tutor. My coach is very handsome, more handsome than me, but that's not the point, the point is that he is very professional! We should believe in the power of professionalism. The coach said that most people come to the gym for "exercise", and systematic and planned fitness is called "training". As mentioned above, the only way to become a master is "deliberate practice", which is divided into two parts, one is "deliberate", that is, self-discipline, and the other is "practice", that is, planned training, and training should pay attention to intensity. One and a half hours of strength training, deliberately burning whole body fat, but people who don't understand, if kept below 20 volumes, can make their stomachs smaller. The coach will also share with you what he has learned. Many people's ideas are still stuck in "drinking protein powder will hurt the kidneys", "girls' legs will get thicker" and "I don't want to be like Schwarzenegger" ... You are so awesome that you can be like Schwarzenegger if you practice casually! Talent! What I want to say is that a coach can be called a coach because he is better than you. It is a happy thing to have a coach to grow up with you.
Third, step by step.
Just now, someone will say, coach, I don't want to practice like Schwarzenegger. In fact, I don't have to worry, because with the training intensity and willpower of most human beings on earth, I can't practice like that at all. Every training session is privately ordered, every weight we choose is within our ability, and the compression resistance of muscles is within our tolerance. It took me nearly 9 months, and my weight increased from 65 kg to 78 kg. Weight increased by 13kg, but the figure became more symmetrical. This is the power of gradual progress. What we are looking for in investment is a goal with growth and long runway. Similarly, fitness is the same. We need to have a long-term plan and have stages. When I gained muscle to 78kg, I wanted to break through 80kg, but my body gave me feedback. I seem to hear the voice of rejection, so I plan to lose weight and test the effect of previous training.
Fourth, dare to break through and set no limits.
The first time I was asked to pull 1 10 kg, I refused. I find it incredible that my little body can pull 1 10 kg. Then I succeeded. When the coach told me to squat 140 kg, I held back. Why is my small body squatting 140 kg? Then I succeeded again! When you are in a state, it is the best time to break through, and immediate action is the guarantee of success. So, when you see a breakthrough opportunity, don't miss it. Don't hesitate when you meet someone you love and want to express your feelings! When you are ready for a career opportunity, don't hesitate! Don't hesitate when you see a good bottle of wine and decide whether to try it or not! The cost of trial and error is small, and the cost of missing is large! The next time the coach asks you if you want to try 150 kg squat, don't hesitate to give it a try. After all, why not try under the protection of the coach? !
Five, actually I'm not that awesome.
The most respectable quality of the gym is "modesty"! You know, there are still people out there, and there are many awesome people. What is muscle gain 13 kg? ! The strong are confident but not arrogant. Fitness has a long way to go. Although it is a skill, like all skills, there is still a long way to go to reach the peak. Fitness is a lonely journey. If someone comes along with you, you should be happy, encourage each other and compete with each other, because we are not so awesome.
Finally, I want to say: a sommelier without abdominal muscles is not a good investor!
