The exported chat record file needs to be imported into qq to view it. The specific operation is as follows:

Log in to qq and click to open "Message Manager";

Select the window for chatting with friends, click the "Tools" button on the upper right, and select the "Import Information Record" option;

Pop up Data Import Tool, select both items, and click Next;

Select "Specify file import" under "Import information recording method" and click "Browse" button;

Pop up the "Open" dialog box, find the backup chat record bak file in the directory, and then click the "Open" button;

Click the "Import" button again;

Wait a moment, complete the import process, and you can view the message record.
