With the help of the power provided by the ultra-high pressure pump and the allowable elastic amplitude of the material, the bolt is stretched in its elastic deformation zone to achieve the purpose of fastening or disassembling the bolt. 2) Insert the tensioner support seat and cover the round nut.

3) Screw the stretching machine into the bolt, and tighten the stretching head with the toggle handle until there is basically no gap between parts.

4) After installation, insert the high-pressure tubing quick connector connected with the ultra-high pressure oil pump into the quick connector on the stretcher.

1) Operate the ultra-high pressure oil pump, input high pressure oil to the tensioner cylinder, the piston starts to work, and the tensioner enters the working state. At this time, attention should be paid to the working pressure of the ultra-high pressure oil pump and the stretching length of the tensioner, which must be controlled within the set range.

2) When the working pressure and tensile length of the tensioner reach the rated value, the ultra-high pressure oil pump should stop working immediately, insert the toggle handle into the toggle hole of the round nut, and toggle the round nut clockwise to make it firmly in place.

3) In use, if the process needs to increase the extension length, after the round nut is fastened in place, the ultra-high pressure oil pump should release the pressure according to the operation procedure, and then insert the toggle handle into the toggle hole of the tensioner piston, and toggle the handle to reset the piston. Then operate according to the above method until the process requirements are met.

After the stretcher is completed, the ultra-high pressure pump should be depressurized first, and then disassembled. There are two disassembly methods, which can be selected according to the working environment:

1) Use the toggle handle to toggle the stretching head, first drain the oil in the oil cylinder into the ultra-high pressure oil pump to reset the piston, and then disconnect it from the high pressure oil pipe? Quick joint, screw out the bolt of the stretching machine and take out the bearing seat to end the whole stretching process.

2) Disconnect the quick connector connected with the high-pressure oil pipe. First, unscrew the tensioner, take out the bearing seat, loosen the screw on the piston end face with an Allen wrench, then clamp the tensioner in the middle of a vise, slowly tighten the screw, and drain the oil stored in the oil cylinder until the piston is completely reset.
