How to reasonably arrange the time for office workers to go to the gym?
Get up at 5: 00 in the morning, study 1 hour, have aerobic 1 hour, send the children to kindergarten after washing at 7:00-7:30, go to work at 8: 00, and have 1 hour to study or read books. There are 1.5 hours at noon, and I went to the gym for strength training three times a week for two years. 12 starts, 12: 10 goes to the gym, trains until13:10-13: 30, and comes back for dinner. You can't take a shower after practice, but you can make the most of your time. It would be perfect if I had two hours at noon. Go home to take care of the baby after work in the afternoon, and go to bed at 2 1:30-22:00 in the evening.
