Sports are boring, especially running. A person running in circles on the playground, tired and cold, is very uncomfortable. When I get to school every day, I feel nervous and discouraged at the thought of going to exercise. As a result, I stopped exercising.

After a few days, I calmed down and seriously thought about it: Isn't the fitness plan ruined? Isn't it just going back to the old situation? Didn't all the previous efforts go in vain? Everything is not easy, it takes hard work and perseverance. People should have the courage to overcome difficulties. This difficulty is really nothing compared with others. In this way, I started exercising again.

The first thing to do when you get to school every day is to walk into the office, take off your cotton-padded clothes, put on gloves and run to the playground. Run at least five laps, then do thirty push-ups and thirty abdominal stretches. After that, your body gets hot, and it's almost time. During running, I also have the idea of shrinking. Sometimes after running a few laps, my legs are like lead, and I can't breathe. I really don't want to take a step forward, I want to stop. Every time I come here, I will cheer myself up, hold on, hold on, and you will certainly hold on. I will grit my teeth and keep running, and keep running enough laps. Sometimes after running, I feel very tired and really don't want to do anything else, but I will force myself to keep doing it until I reach the predetermined goal. After doing this for a month, I feel less tired when I go to exercise, and I feel relaxed when I run, so I don't have to do anything else. Moreover, I have formed a good habit and naturally go to school to exercise every day. If I don't look like a shortcoming, I won't feel tired after practicing every day. I've been in good spirits all day and I don't feel cold. Another teacher asked: Are you not cold in so little clothes? We are still cold in down jackets! When I said I didn't feel cold, I was telling the truth. Through exercise, I feel my physical condition is obviously improved, my stomach is smaller, my head is no longer dizzy, and my weight is reduced. I feel energetic every day, I don't feel tired when I work, I feel full of inexhaustible energy, I feel particularly confident in everything, and I feel that there are no insurmountable difficulties.

In this way, I persisted in the winter vacation. Getting up early to exercise has become my habit. When I wake up in the morning, I can't stay in bed. I feel sick all over. I have to run to be comfortable. I always insist on doing morning exercises during the winter vacation, and I also brought my lover.

When the weather is hot, I change from running to playing ball. On weekends, I invite my friends to play badminton in the badminton hall, and sometimes I play basketball. It lasted for two or three hours and played every day during the summer vacation. Every time I sweat, I am very happy. I have also made many friends, many of whom have become good friends, which is of great help to my work and study. I often learn from my golfers, and my skills have been greatly improved. It's cold, so I started running again, but I also played badminton on weekends.

So I persisted for three years until now. Now my physical condition has been greatly improved. Only the "three highs" have slightly higher blood lipids, and everything else is normal. I seldom get sick all the year round. Weight has also been greatly reduced, losing nearly 20 kilograms at most; I don't always feel tired, but I walk briskly. Every day, I am full of energy and confidence, and my work performance has been greatly improved. When I got home, I felt relaxed, quarreled less and did more housework. People say I'm almost forty, and I look like a young man in my twenties both physically and mentally.
