Is it overnourished to eat 4 egg whites a day for fitness?
Of course not. It is not enough to eat two eggs after fitness, as long as the muscle stimulation is in place. After professional training, you should eat more than a dozen egg whites (don't eat egg yolk, which is bad for your health), and usually eat more starchy foods such as rice, noodles, steamed bread and some potatoes. It's not enough to just do sit-ups and practice abdominal muscles. A good abdominal muscle must be tempered by many different movements before it can stimulate different parts of the abdominal muscle.
