According to relevant regulations, all amusement facilities in the park will be inspected regularly every day, week, month and year. Relevant inspection work may lead to the suspension or delay of some amusement projects, subject to the on-site announcement of the park.
5. Due to weather and other reasons, the operation and performance of the project may be changed, postponed or cancelled without prior notice, subject to the announcement of the site selection of the park;

: Precautions for Annual Card
1. During the validity period of the annual card, the annual card holder can enter Shanghai Happy Valley unlimited times during the business hours of Shanghai Happy Valley. The admission authority of the 2008 card is equivalent to the admission ticket of Shanghai Happy Valley.
2. The annual card includes amusement facilities in the park, but does not include battery cars, cruise ships and other clearly charged services in the park.
3. The annual card holder must enter the park with the card, and the staff of Shanghai Happy Valley have the right to check the valid certificate of the cardholder; In case of fraudulent use, and the card has not been reported lost, the relevant personnel of our company have the right to confiscate and immediately void the card.
4. If the annual card holder is a minor, he must be accompanied by a guardian before entering the park.
5. If the annual card is lost or stolen, the cardholder shall report the loss to our annual card center in time and pay the replacement fee, 20 yuan. When you get a new card, you need to sign an application form for card replacement. The rights and interests of the new card are the same as those of the original card, and the original card is invalid. Before reporting the loss, Shanghai Happy Valley is not responsible for any loss of its members. Shanghai Happy Valley reserves the right to announce in advance when changing the relevant regulations of the annual card without damaging the basic rights and interests of cardholders, and has the right to interpret it.
